Opening the Report Issues View
Navigate to Report Issues in the Origin console sidebar. At the top right of the header, a toggle lets you switch between Bug and Feature request mode. The form fields and the submit button label update automatically to match the report type you select.Filling Out the Report Form
Complete as many fields as you can. The more context you provide, the faster the team can act on your report.Adding Context and Attachments
The right-hand rail of the Report Issues view contains two optional but highly recommended sections. Affected Endpoint — Search for and pin a specific endpoint to the report. This is optional, but it helps the team filter directly to the relevant host in their environment without needing to ask you for the hostname later. Attachments — Drag and drop files, or click Choose files to upload up to 10 attachments. Accepted formats include images, plain text, PDFs, JSON, ZIP, gzip, and tar archives. Screenshots of error states, exported logs, and diagnostic reports are all good candidates.Submitting the Report
Click Submit bug or Submit feature request (the label tracks the toggle you set at the top) to send the report to the Origin team. You do not need to follow up — the team will reach out if they need additional information. For urgent production issues or situations where the built-in form is not accessible, contact Origin support directly. The support team can escalate and triage time-sensitive reports outside the normal queue.
