Uninstalling the Origin agent on Windows is a two-step process: first remove the agent using msiexec.exe, then manually delete the data folder that the uninstaller leaves behind.

Step 1 — Remove the agent with msiexec

Run the following command in an elevated Command Prompt or PowerShell session, replacing x.y.z with the version number of the MSI used to install the agent. The installer filename follows the pattern origin-installer-<version>-windows-x64.msi.
Wait for the command to complete before proceeding.

Step 2 — Delete the Origin data folder

The uninstaller does not remove the Origin data directory. After the uninstall completes, delete the following folder manually to fully clean up the endpoint:
You can delete this folder in File Explorer or using an elevated PowerShell session:
After uninstalling, the endpoint will stop appearing as active in the Origin console. If you want to confirm removal immediately, check the Registered Endpoints list — the endpoint’s status will stop updating once the agent is no longer running.
